A girl
Eyes shine with starlight
Bright with curiosity
Shadowed in scars
A mouth that laughs
Smiling softly
Bitterly
Often rarely
Sometimes often
A face that glows with love -
Or would
If you could find her
The little girl within
Hold her
Heal her
Teach her
Determined to change a world
A life
A moment
A lost shadow
Losing the fight that's hers
"Saving" others
Waiting to be "saved"
Bitter joy
The lights between shadows fade
Empty for her giving
Thrifty for her emptiness
Confusion
Changes
Re-Creation
Gives too much and saves too little
Or saves enough and cannot give
Lost
Chaos
Conflicting Emotions
Beginnings wrapped in endings
Endings left to die
A life
A love
A girl.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
